Today we would like to inspire you with production of Jason Yarmosky and his idea that age is not a deterrent to living fully, but rather a springboard for exploration. His paintings examine the relationship between the limitations of social norms and the freedom to explore, particularly the juxtaposition between the young and old. The carefree nature that is associated with youth often gives way to borders and boundaries placed on adult behavior.

Jason Bard Yarmosky (1987, NY – USA) graduated as BFA at The School of Visual Arts in New York.

Buyfeel art inspiration No. 20.: Jen Stark, Haroshi and Sergio Garcia

Today we would like to inspire you with sculptures of Jen Stark who usually works with color papers. Further is Haroshi and his artworks from pieces recycling old used skateboards. Last artist is Sergio Garcia with his bicycles.

How do you like it?

Jen Stark (USA) graduated as BFA at Maryland Institute College of Art in in Fibers and Animation Concentration. She won the MOCA North Miami Optic Nerve 10th annual film festival. More about her works here.

Haroshi makes his art pieces recycling old used skateboards. His creations are born through styles such as wooden mosaic, dots, and pixels; where each element, either cut out in different shapes or kept in their original form, are connected in different styles, and shaven into the form of the final art piece. The most important style of Haroshi’s three-dimensional art piece is the wooden mosaic. In order to make a sculpture out of a thin skateboard deck, one must stack many layers. But skate decks are already processed products, and not flat like a piece of wood freshly cut out from a tree. More about his works here.

Buyfeel exhibition no. 32: Andy Reiben a Otakar Hudeček v BMW showroom Premium Selection Brno

Buyfeel hledá pro výstavy uměleckých děl ze svého portfolia skutečně neobvyklá a reprezentativní místa. Jedním z takových interiérů je nově také showroom BMW Premium selection a BMW M v Brněnském Renocar.

V prostoru luxusních prémiových automobilů jsme nainstalovali velkoformátové abstrakce od Andyho Reibena a Otakara Hudečka.

Tato velká a emocemi nabitá plátna dvou našich malířů esteticky vybarvila interiéry showroomů. Prostor jinak věnovaný rychlosti na čtyřech kolech, tak získal zcela nový rozměr unikátní galerie. Buyfeel kurátorsky zabezpečuje kromě těchto showroomů také přilehlou kavárnu BWW Café, kde nyní naleznete obrazy Barbary Issy Wagner a Jany Chroustové (o výstavě čtěte více zde). Obrazy v interiéru showroomů budou vystaveny až do konce září 2012, kdy budou nahrazeny dalšími skvělými malíři z portfolia Buyfeel. Zde je malá ochutnávka:
